wozart over for dinner last night. Made extraspecialk, mr. b, and I some near-instant indian foodz. B and I proceeded strip-mine a bottle of cognac whilst playing Gears of War. After the game crapped out, we headed to the interwebs for more entertainment. Found a fun little site that reviews video games (Zero Punctuation). You might need to be a fan of games in general to appreciate it, but it is INTENSE to watch one of those. I was laughing so hard I nearly threw up during his review of Assassin's Creed. It may be his british accent, or the fact that he talks without punctuation, coloring his descriptions of game features with visceral detail, but whatever the case may be, it is riotous. Literally. I think rioted in my sleep afterwards. /riots
Aside from that spark of fun, this week has been a challenging one. I've got to face some serious issues with my personal finances, and really figure out why I keep getting in the way of myself succeeding (school, saving money, etc.). I'd sure love to blame my parents for some of these issues, but I know I am too old to do that now. I've got K in my corner, and that is really all I need at this moment in time. More introspective dissection to come in the next few months.
